Ahh I went to Harajuku before this video came out! I saw some of the stores that you recommended, but didn't get the chance to try them. Will definitely try these next time I go! Hi iNok, thanks a lot for another great video. The first 4 dishes look really tasty. I dont like desserts, so the rest is nothing for me, but the panda looks really cute. I like Harajuku, but I find that now a lot of the shops sell really mainstream things. When I was there the first time, about 10 years ago, it was much more interesting, with really crazy and special things. A question: in Kyoto, I found a restaurant selling only Gyoza, and they had about 20 different fillings, with shrimps, vegetarian, with pork and ginger, with pork and leek etc. Do you know a restaurant like this in Tokyo ?

Last time I went to Osaka, I didn't enjoy the kaiten sushi as much because of the bland shari. I went to a local sushi place (that was still cheap) and I enjoyed it a lot more due to their flavorful shari.

Thank you iNok for this great video. I am a big fan of matcha. When I was in Japan for the first time, I got a matcha bowl and a chasen from a specialty shop at nishiki market in Kyoto, and the artist who made the bowl, was so friendly and humble. I will return to Japan next March and would like to enjoy this matcha workshop. However, I dont speak any Japanese. Do you think that it would be possible to do this ? Their website is only in Japanese, so I guess that it would not be possible ? P.S. I like how you solved the situation with the teacher, who did want to remain private. And I really like how most japanese people are so respectful and polite and considerate. This is one of the many reasons why I love Japan so much.

I heard Salmon Sushi is newer to Japan. Gaining popularity in the 90s when American And Western Salmon was introduced. Due to the difference in species compared to Asian Salmon that was not suitable for Sushi or Sashimi. Is this Accurate? Great channel!

Kura Sushi in Japan is really good and affordable. Kura opened a restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona and is such a disappointment. The quality is not good and costs 3 times as much as Japan. A plate in Okinawa Japan was around 120 Yen, where in the USA it’s $3.50 a plate. 🤬

Of all the KFC’s I have eaten at around the world, Japan KFC is the best tasting KFC of them all !!! I don’t eat KFC in the USA at all.
